Shipping:

Furniture Shipments (Truck Freight) – Furniture orders are shipped standard with curb side delivery on semi trucks. You may request inside delivery for an additional fee by calling 877-977-0656 and placing your order with our sales staff.  The shipping company will unload your furniture from the truck and place as close to your house as possible.  You should plan on having assistance to move your furniture into your house.  Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. In all cases you will need to be present to accept your order.  Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  In most areas of the country your order will take 5-7 business days to be delivered. We work with many shipping companies, non of which are affiliated with Cozzia-USA.  There are occasionally delays in shipping your order due to weather, shipper scheduling issues, delivering to remote areas, etc.  Cozzia-USA is not responsible for these delays.  

International Shipments:

We ship to all areas in Canada.  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. All products are shipped with curb side delivery.  Please note select postal codes are designated as remote locations, and may also require additional shipping fees.  **Customer will be responsible for additional fees such as broker fees and duties/taxes when the shipment arrives at border.  If you do not have a broker for handling these fees, our shipping companies will refer you to one.
